Hello- I love coral gardens, especially the domino damsels and clown fish. What did you use to get the camera so still? I’ve taken a Telsen dome with one and two handles. Did you stabilize things post production or use horizon stabilizer? Thank you in advance.

So late to the party here. Doubt anyone will see this...but I just had this experience and am wondering, if you use a shotgun mike off camera does it still pick up the noise? Ill be testing this tomorrow but just a thought. Getting a decent shotgun mike and a remote recording device might sikve this. Nice vid btw

Where are these sandbars? I’ve flown my plane many times over Long Island, cape Santa Maria, and Columbus cove. I don’t recall these.

The white sand n blue ocean so pretty

This was the best snorkeling I’ve experienced. I did it twice. The first time, I went on the northernmost side of the pass. It was gorgeous, but the current was very strong and it was a struggle to avoid hitting the coral as I passed by. The second time I did it a few years later, I went on the southernmost side. Just as gorgeous, but the current was much much more manageable. I was able to stop midway a few times and enjoy what I was seeing much more.

At 1:02 or 4:02 I believe that one of those sections of sand is where the Windows XP Azul Wallpaper was taken in 1991. Despite no trees being there anymore possibly due to ever-changing sea levels and storms. Either that or it could be one of those much larger islands now.. 🤔

I am so sad to hear that DIsney has already planned on taking people here by next year :( I just found out about this beach because we are not beach people but this is the only one I have seen that called and come to find out in the next minute I saw the development rendition that Disney has. It was nauseating just to see how much of the natural environment they are taking over. No attempt to blend into nature or protect the environment by not docking so close to the island or with such big ships. It feels like the movie Wall-E our beautiful earth disappearing :(

I just got back from Hawaii and it was breathtaking. However this looks like it beats it!

I took my wife and kids to Cabbage beach in Nasau last year, best beach I’ve seen in my life, and I grew up in the Philippines where there’s so many good islands as well. But by far, this Lighthouse point is the best I’ve seen. Thank you for posting this. I wish we could’ve visited this place before Disney comes there.

Do you happen to remember the brand or where you got that tube? Looks like I could possibly shave off 7 or 8 ounces with one of those...
